With an extensive background in various dance styles including ballet, hip hop, pole dance aerobics, movement dance, contemporary, ballroom dancing, yoga, and salsa, Mary's expertise spans a wide range of movement arts.

Holding a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, and leadership, she has merged her passion for dance and fitness with her knowledge of mental health.
